Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issue with your order.

Because all of our mini MEs are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been completed and shipped.

Please make sure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Please note that once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the shipping process is outside of our control. However, if Shipping Protection was selected during checkout, we will assist you with issues such as lost, damaged, or incorrect items during transit.

Refunds or replacements for shipping-related issues are only eligible if Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. Therefore, we cannot offer:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds for personalized items

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Please note that the 14-day cooling off period for EU customers does not apply to personalized or custom-made products created specifically for the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost during shipping, and only if Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

If your case is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
